Who we are?
Implementa DIY specializes in the external sales teams for the DIY, Hardware and Traditional Channels.
Our sales network focuses on achieve more spaces and more visibility for our brands and achieving higher sales.
We have our own sales management process that has been tested successfully in DIY multinational environment.
Our geographical coverage is Spain and Portugal. We have our own team of 25 people visiting approximately 200 outlets from the following companies: Leroy Merlin, Aki, Bricor, Bauhaus, Bricodepot, El Corte Ingles and the GSA in the DIY section.
We are also partners of Balgal, a company with which we share technology and has 160 people visiting available nationwide.
We work for several companies operating in DIY and Traditional channels for both sales forces to market forces. To mention some examples of brands: Grohe, New Garden, Valira, Industrias Mabel, MTK and Olfa.
